Remedial and Sports Massage with Jack Johns - deep tissue body work, stretching and mobilisation to help release tight and painful muscles. Realigns the body to a more relaxed and balanced state.
Pilates with Sue Marcantonio - a form of exercise different from other fitness regimes, it focuses on the core muscles that support the body and builds strength from the inside out. Sue Marcantonio is a qualified Pilates coach.
Life Coaching with Sue Marcantonio - she is trained to listen, support and empower you to change your life. Sue Marcantonio has been in the personal development industry for over 25 years.
